Different classes place emphasis on different muscle groups and training styles, making it possible to create a balanced, intentional routine. Whether you train consistently or vary your focus week to week, our class structure supports progression, recovery, and long-term strength.
Crush aims to go beyond “just classes”.
Full Body Lagree
A complete, full-body Lagree workout.
This class targets legs, glutes, core, arms, and back in one continuous session. Expect long holds, quick transitions, and sustained tension that challenges muscular endurance and total-body strength.
Demanding and deliberately intense.
Upper Body Lagree
A focused Lagree class targeting the upper body.
This class emphasizes arms, shoulders, chest, back, and core stability. Movements are slow and controlled.
Slow. Heavy. Unavoidable.
Lower Body Lagree
A lower-body-focused Lagree class designed to challenge legs and glutes.
This class uses resistance and time under tension to build strength, stability, and endurance.
