What should I bring to class?

Workout cloth, Grippy socks, Towel (if needed) and a lot of motivated enegry! If you don´t have any grippy socks, don’t Worry, you can buy some at the studio.


How early should I arrive?

15 minutes before class starts. Our instructors will explain the machine and ask for injuries or any other important information .


How often should I do Lagree?

depending on your goal and motivation. but we recommend everything between 2-4 times a week.


How to reach us best?

If you are coming by car, there are a couple of side streets which sometimes have spaces, or the Bauernfeldplatz garage is next to us as well.
For public transportation, the Tram Lines D, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 , bus line40A, and Liechtensteinstraße/ Schottentor are the closest.


What is your cancellation Policy?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before.

We have a cafe upstairs where we offer cafe, matcha, protein shakes, and many more.

Two changing rooms for men and women. Bathrooms and one private showerroom are available. We have dyson hair dryers and towels to for your expense.
