What is the Lagree Method?

Lagree is a training method designed, designed by a bodybuilder, to build strength, endurance, and muscle definition through slow, controlled movement.

Lagree focuses on time under tension, keeping muscles engaged for longer periods to create deep muscle fatigue. Every movement is intentional. There is no momentum, no rushing, and no wasted effort.

The result is a workout that feels challenging and mentally engaging, while being sustainable and joint friendly for the body.

Why Lagree Works?

Lagree works because it trains the body in a smarter way.

By moving slowly and staying under constant resistance, muscles are forced to work harder. This approach improves strength, balance, and muscular endurance while supporting joint health and overall body awareness.

Each class is designed to:

  • Strengthen the entire body

  • Improve posture and core stability

  • Increase endurance and control

  • Create visible muscle definition

It’s intense but intentional.

Meet the Mega Pro

At CRUSH, classes are performed on the Mega Pro:

Lagree’s most advanced training machine.

Its redesigned carriage and platform lift are immediately recognizable, not just in how they look, but in how they feel.

The Mega Pro is designed to create resistance, Stability, and control all at once.

The machine is not there to “assist” you, it challenges you.

The machine doesn’t do the work.
It makes sure you do.

What to expect?

A Lagree class at CRUSH is focused, and intentionally intense.

The studio is dark. The music is loud. The atmosphere is designed to eliminate distractions. Trainers guide the class using microphones, delivering clear, continuous cues so you always know where to focus.

Our instructors take a hands-on, detail-driven approach, offering alignment corrections and individual guidance when needed.

You may shake. You may hit moments of challenge. That’s part of the method and part of the process.

Who is Lagree for?

Lagree is for anyone who is motivated to train with intention.

Instructors adjust, refine, and intensify throughout the session, scaling the work so beginners are supported and advanced clients are continuously challenged.

No one is left behind. No one is let off easy.

The intensity isn’t about keeping up with the room, it’s about how long you can stay under tension.

This method doesn’t reward ego.
It rewards Discipline.

  • All ages & Genders
